Dattamsha Data Labs is a technology-driven venture focused on "The Autonomous HR Architecture". Our mission is to modernise People Experience teams by unifying fragmented employee data, deploying Agentic AI workflows, and directly linking HR initiatives to the organisation's P&L (Profit and Loss). Founded by Daksh Sahni, who brings over a decade of domain expertise from leading HR Analytics at major enterprises like Swiggy, Pine Labs, and Bharti Airtel, the startup aims to transform HR from a traditional support function into an enterprise control tower. The Problem We Solve We address three critical barriers currently preventing businesses from making effective, data-backed decisions regarding their workforce: • The Data Divide: Traditional Human Capital Management systems are siloed and brittle, making cross-functional analysis manual and inefficient. • The Financial Divide: HR leaders often struggle to communicate the ROI and financial impact of people initiatives in terms that align with CFO and C-suite objectives. • The Action Divide: Even with data, many companies fail to deliver measurable impact because insights remain locked in static reports rather than driving real-time manager actions. Our Innovative Solution Our architecture is built on three foundational layers designed to "reimagineer" the employee experience: 1. Unified Employee Insights & Data Fabric: We provide a single source of truth by integrating fragmented systems (such as DarwinBox, Workday, and SAP), achieving 97%+ confidence in people data. 2. The Financial Brain: An AI-enabled system that allows for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) simulations, wage-bill optimisation, and revenue impact analysis. 3. The Employee Experience Engine: This uses Agentic AI—autonomous agents that "act, not just answer"—to manage the entire lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to alumni engagement.
