This asset-light manufacturing approach enables strict quality control, faster scalability, and competitive pricing. By optimizing sourcing and eliminating unnecessary intermediaries, the startup provides products at prices up to 80% lower than prevailing market rates. Since launch, the business has achieved early traction with regular customer footfall and repeat purchases, validating strong demand for affordable, quality healthcare and personal care products. The startup is currently bootstrapped and seeks funding to expand inventory, scale its private-label product portfolio, strengthen marketing and distribution channels, and enhance operational efficiency to support sustainable growth over the next 12–18 months.
