This start up is based on series of our inventions in our Biomass conversion lab at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence (SNIoE), Delhi NCR. The first invention developed a novel chemical route of producing biodiesel via pyrolytic conversion of lipid-rich biomass, assisted with a particular combination of operating conditions. However, to achieve these operating conditions in a continuous process for pyrolysis at industrial scale required a novel design approach. Thus, our research group devised a novel design approach with three-levels of pyramids, level 1 involves only residence time, level 2 involves residence time and thermogravimetric (TGA) data, and level 3 involves residence time, TGA, and lab-scale experiment data. Finally, we developed a complete process design involving pyrolysis followed by enhancer/reformer. The term “enhancer” to be used in case of biodiesel, and term “reformer” to be used in case of green hydrogen production. The same novel route of biodesiel production has been extended to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Addtionally, our research group has worked on co-prodcution of hydrogen and biochar using hybrid processes like pyro-reforming & pyro-gasification. Patent: Two patents have already been applied (Patent Application Number: 202511072220 and 202511004380) and third patent is in pipeline. Plan: We aim to have three portfolios of our start-up; (i) Novel reactor and Process design and development for sustainable fuel production including green hydrogen, biodiesel, and sustainable aviation fuel. (ii) Reactor fabrication with our novel reactor design and its sales & marketing to the plants based on pyrolysis technology. (iii) Providing consultancy to pyrolysis-based production plants for sustainable energy production. We’ll be partnering with our industry partners like Varhad Capital Pvt. Ltd., OM Industries, and Steamax Envirocare Pvt. Ltd. for setting up such plants based on our technology.
