De Calorie Energy Consultant LLP is a young and passionate company of consultants evolving in sustainability in the built environment. Our Mission is to provide most effective means for attaining a range of global objectives, such as addressing climate transformation, crafting sustainable and thriving communities, and motivating economic growth. We work that will help the environment from deforestation to energy conservation to water conservation to wastewater treatment. Our main objective comprises of :- 1. We provide training's and spread awareness towards sustainability in various government and private departments. 2. To protect mother earth. 3. Sustainable development. 4. Awareness towards energy efficiency and explanation on water scarcity in future. So, we can use energy and water in more effective way. 5. We offer expert advisory and assessment services to clients with the aim of minimizing or eliminating environmental damage. 6. Focus on health and indoor air quality.Protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity We propose solutions that are practical, cost effective and carried with a commitment to protecting our global environment and our limited natural resources. We embrace new technology and seek to update others how such technologies can be integrated into design enabling architects and clients to make informed decisions regarding the creation of the best possible environment within budget. List of services that we offer are:- 1. Green Building Certification - LEED/IGBC/GRIHA 2. Audits – Energy, Water, IAQ, PAT, Fire life safety 3. Analysis Simulation modeling- Daylight & Energy, CFD Analysis, Sun path Analysis, Shading Analysis, ECBC Compliance analysis. 4. Building Commissioning –MEP systems and many more other services. 5. Testing Adjusting & Balancing Services Irrespective of this, we also offer timely monitoring of green building aspects. Once building optimized and received green rating, the actual energy performance , when the building starts functioning, may have significant variation from the simulated performance due to climate variability, actual occupancy, operating efficiency of equipment, hours of operation, to name a few. De Calorie Consultant LLP also provides timely inspection and surveillance of parameters of energy, water, waste and others. Our in-house team of engineers has credentials like LEED AP, IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, GEM CP and BEE Certified Energy auditor. We also offer sustainable design in the very early stages. These intensive planning sessions are proposed at bringing everyone together to help establish mutual project goals for sustainable design and energy efficiency.
