Our industry is a startup concern. It was started in the year 2021. The main objective of our industry is to serve the society with healthy food product. This serve food for everyone and also as we procure the major ramaterial from the farmers it reaches the agrculture field. Hence we produce ragi milk powder. Ragi, vanished in most of the minds, hence there is a need to develop a technology which is easy to cook , reduce the cooking time and make an easy mode of consumption by all the grade of people in the society. Hence innovation in the project is to develop a novel technology to extract ,purify, concentrate the milk from ragi and convert into powder form. Since the outer skin is removed,ragi cooks quickly and tastes better. This ragi milk powder has high concentration of calcium than the ragi flour available in the market.
