FIRST I WOULD LIKE T GIVE YOU AN OVERVIEW OF OUR COMPANY -JNM BROS. Our company name is based on our partner’s initials. which Refers to Jay, Nachiket and Miraj. We all belong to a business family. After completing our studies in different cities, we came back to our hometown to handle our business which are all related to the fishing industry. We have seen the dried fishes which is prepared in the most unhygienic way in old school methods. Which eliminates its goodness, nutrients & sometimes it may not be healthy for human consumption. As they (dried seafood producers) did not evolve according to the market. Still, old-school Salting and drying in an open area, the method is used in which Raw fish is salted and left to sundry in open ground for almost 3 days straight. Therefore they were not getting much revenue So, we decided to change the flow and change the whole market with our revolutionary product. Which is Salt-Free, Preservative Free and Hygienic, which is dried in a closed environment that prevents bacteria buildup, dust-free, pollution-free.We have introduced our products under brand name - "DEHYD". Which is the key word of our process - DEHYDRATION.
