Delos Infosystems is the owner of the SkillKwiz brand. SkillKwiz is a skill assessment company that aims to revolutionize the employment process across both public and private sectors by conducting AI-enabled skill assessments of people. In doing so, the need for manual interviews are eliminated thus easing up the process of employment for companies in the country. Skill assessment will also help re-align the workforce and ensure the right match of skills and jobs across the country. The fact that these assessments can be taken up across the country will make it easy for youth in rural, urban, and sub-urban areas alike to take up these assessments and make themselves eligible for employment. SkillKwiz assesses skill levels in people in a standardized, fair, and secure manner. The company enables the hiring process and enables both public and private sector firms in the employment process. The skill scores thus generated can be used for a variety of purposes: 1. Employment 2. Training 3. Benchmarking Organizations 4. Workforce Management and Rewards SkillKwiz aims to serve the nation by enabling large-scale employment activities to be taken up easily by both public and private sector companies. SkillKwiz seeks to remove the burden of mandatory skill assessment before recruitment in any company. By assessing people’s skills in a standardized manner, SkillKwiz generates skill scores that can be used for employing people easily without the requirement of manual interviews or other assessment processes.
