Delphii Legal & IP Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (R) Company was incorporated on 18th November 2019 as a Private Limited Company. We are committed to offer a wide range of IP and legal services mostly related to innovation. We differentiate ourselves by offering a range of specialized services including IP Scouting, IP due diligence, technology transfer, IP licensing services, M&A and other forms of commercialization such as IP sale and purchase. We also do routine IP services such as patent drafting, filing prosecution and activities relating to registration of other forms of intellectual Property as a part of providing “end to end” services to the ecosystem. Broadly these areas may fall under the scope of support for "IP Creation", "IP Protection", "IP enforcement" and "IP monetization". We believe that there is huge number of untapped IP assets that are generated by the Government funded institutes, Private universities, MSME and start-ups that can benefit from the expertise and support offered by Delphii. Creation of an “IP Exchange” is one of the important activities proposed by Delphii. This project will help make a difference by connecting the IP seekers to the IP providers, thereby creating several new untapped opportunities for economic up liftment of India and Indians. All these activities support the schemes proposed by the Government of India, under “AtmaNirbhar Bharat” and also under “Start-Up India” and “Stand-up India” projects. The services offered by Delphii will help nurture and support the continued demands from entrepreneurs and the emerging “make in India” Industry.
