We are a newly incorporated private limited company which is headquarter at Kottayam, Kerala. After spending more than a year on deep research on various existing employment platforms in the organised and unorganised sector, we have developed a unique employment platform to eradicate many employment issues of both sectors. We are at the point of launching a pilot run of our project named "emploeur" in the month of August 2019. With this project, we desire to help the people who work in the unorganised sector mainly because most of them have neither a stable job nor job security and are hindered by a limited reach to social security among many others. More than 90% of the Indian population work in the unorganised sector in different job roles and instrumental in giving a major input to our GDP. A big percentage of the financial transactions happening in this sector are not coming under records because most of them are happening in with hard currencies. The emploeur employment platform will be a big problem solver for this issue and capable of making a big impact on digitalisation of India. Our prime motto is to offer an extended reach to the workforce and the business included in this sector by paving the way to make better and immediate connectivity that will allow them to explore each and every opportunity, thus ensuring stable and extended individual and business growth to them. We are focused on making all of the processes in the platform as simple as possible to overcome the various shortcomings of people like literacy, language barrier, IT knowledge, Data Privacy, etc. Everybody has the right to earn and we are here to create new opportunities by utilising each and every possibility through exploring their multiple human skills.
