The Densepower Pvt Ltd is formed to deliver knowledge-intensive Science and Technology based solutions on clean energy & environmental engineering. Densepower focuses to develop a micro–Solid Oxide unit Stack for converting chemical energy of the fuel into electricity and synergistic integration of the System to enhance its life & efficiency. The monolithic Stack operates based on high temperature ceramic fuel cell principle and its novel design allow highly efficient direct energy conversion from gas/solid fuels to electricity through TPB (Triple Phase Boundary) optimization. For commercial applications, the stack module is synergistically integrated with engineered balance of plant to enhance electricity-to-fuel (hydrogen) or fuel-to-electricity conversion, where every electron contributes. Unique features of the Stack and the integrated system are; 1) more efficient combustion less generation of electricity directly from fuel. 2) harmful emissions are avoided and the resulting CO2 , if any is obtained in separated form ready for storage or alternate usage 3) 3D printed space-efficient heat recovery 4) Hi-freq. WBG semiconductor to maximize TPB electrons yield 5) Reversing microstructural degradation, low stress by less electrical/thermal gradient 6) Densepower is committed to developing affordable energy conversion solutions through innovations in Solid Oxide Fuel Cell and Electrolyser (SOFC/SOE/R-SOFC).
