DermaGlo Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.- Aging Redefined! Two new revolutionary anti-aging therapies offered by DermaGlo! My vision is to start a chain of anti-aging clinics in Bangalore within the next year with revolutionary anti-aging therapies developed by us called FYFO- freeze your fat off, and Skin Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix to solve the obesity and skin aging problem and make it affordable for people. My anti-aging clinics will also have scientifically proven medical treatments based on research and creams, serums, and other products to address aging inside out. 1. FYFO- Freeze your fat offTM Obesity is a huge problem in modern India. It has become an epidemic due to a sedentary lifestyle and processed food. Obesity is a lifestyle disease, and the Indian economy suffers a lot due to that. Recent studies have reported that globally, more than 1.9 billion adults are overweight and 650 million are obese. Approximately 2.8 million deaths are reported as a result of being overweight or obese. Obesity and other lifestyle diseases are causing huge losses to the Indian economy. Most weight loss clinics either work on diet modification, exercise/ massages, or non-invasive procedures, which can reduce the size of the fat cells temporarily. As soon as people resume a normal lifestyle, the weight comes back again. We have developed a unique protocol for non-surgical permanent fat reduction based on our 13 years of experience in body sculpting with the following features to solve India’s obesity problem. It’s called FYFOTM- Freeze Your Fat Off. Its combination of US FDA approved CryolipolysisTM, EMS electrical Muscle Stimulation, and Radiofrequency skin tightening procedure. I have trademarked FYFO. 1. FYFO has no downtime -people can come from the office, do the procedure and go back to the office. 2. FYFO has no side effects- it’s safe for thyroid and diabetic patients. 3. FYFO is suitable for 18 years and above age group. Our body stops making new fat cells around 18 years of age. So once the fat cells are frozen, it induces inflammation in those and then they start getting absorbed by the body after 6 to 8 weeks. Approximately 14% to 28% of subcutaneous fat cells are eliminated by the body in 3 months. 4. FYFO is a non-surgical procedure. So, people don’t even have to take a single day off from their work. 5. FYFO is permanent. We have optimized the number of sessions required for the non-surgical permanent fat loss if the individuals are able to maintain normal physical activity and eat according to the food pyramid. It can reduce anywhere between 14% to 28% fat reduction per session, tighten the muscles and skin too. There are many other companies for non-surgical fat reduction in the market but none of them have US FDA approval to reduce the fat. Coolsculpting in our FYFO protocol is the only non-surgical procedure to get rid of fat permanently. Currently, the cost of the treatment is very high. We are working on reducing the cost of the procedure to make it affordable for everyone. Our mission is to tackle India’s obesity problem one person at a time and make India healthy. This clinic will require Rs 25 lacs as the initial investment and 3 lacs per month as the monthly expenditure. We are estimating 8 lacs per month as revenue and break even in 1 year and become profitable within one year. I have planned to start 5 clinics in the entire Bangalore within the next 5 years and slowly start expanding in other cities to help a maximum number of people. 2. Autologous Liquid Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix (PRFM) (For facial skin rejuvenation) Our blood has many different growth factors which are quite useful for our skin. Autologous Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix have been used for hair regrowth for many years and it is a safe procedure. This matrix is quite thick and difficult to inject and its quite painful. It has many growth factors for improving hair density and the thickness. But it’s not used for improving visible signs of aging because it hardens quickly and becomes very difficult to inject and causes lots of swelling/ bruising in the skin after the procedure which limits its use for the skin rejuvenation. Because of that Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedure is more popular for the facial skin. But there is enough data to show that PRFM can produce more collagen and elastin compared to PRP because of higher concentration of fibroblasts, poly morphic neutrophils, macrophages and has a better platelet-derived growth factor compared to normal PRP preparation, which allows for a much longer platelet derived growth factor release into the tissue hence better anti-aging treatments.
