We worked with multiple customers over last 15 months, to enable them on organizational change. Some are: 1. High-Tech company that has shifted from being a solutions company to a funded product company. 2. A Oil & Gas technology company that has expanded globally, from being a India and Asia-centric business. 3. A pharma company that has shifted its management model and team, to target a higher-valuation 5X growth over 3-5 years. These engagements validated two hypotheses: 1. Solutions on organizational change have value to enterprises and enterprise customers are willing to pay a premium for it. 2. Our conceptual frameworks on driving organizational change are effective and can succeed across industries, across varying sizes of the firm and across diverse corporate cultural contexts. DICeTech intends to codify much of the consulting and change engagement on to a software platform that continuously engages with the employees and management of corporate through the transformation journey. Platform enables DICeTech to scale up the business of ‘business transformation’ across hundreds of global companies simultaneously with the support of a core DICeTech team of experts in organizational change. DICeTech intends to develop the enterprise software that automates large parts of the customer engagement in the next 12-24 months. Once the software is stable in the corporate sector, we intend to deploy it in the Education space, especially for universities and schools at scale to transform their performance in delivery high quality and future-ready education.
