The Able Mind is a platform for everyone who wishes to seek professional mental health support when life pulls you under and when you feel there is no place else to voice your thoughts or seek emotional consolation without being pitied upon, or judged. The aim of our practice is to provide confidential, qualified and genuine psychological help and psychotherapy for individual concerns and for couples in maladjusted relationships. We also work on knowledge and capability building through our setting with articles, videos, training sessions and discussions on various Mental Health topics. The end objective of The Able Mind Is to provide solace and promote resilience to all those who wish to seek it, in a consistent and uncomplicated manner. Our vision is to change the social narrative around Mental Health and to be able to afford all citizens of India with affordable on the go counselling support.
