What is the problem the SocialRecruit is solving? More than 85% of the total population of India still lives in the villages. There are many hidden and untapped talent in the rural India who are getting unnoticed and are unaware of career related opportunities. Still many students and job seekers move towards cities for seeking study or job opportunities. SocialRecruit wants to connect the students and job seekers with the institutions and employers. There are more than 30% of the youth are unemployed in India. SocialRecruit wants to create skill based work opportunities for eradicating unemployment and promoting the skilled workforce of India in the world front. How does SocialRecruit propose to solve this problem? SocialRecruit is a common platform for students, job seekers, educational institutions and companies to showcase their requirement in a unique way. SocialRecruit will create skill based work opportunities for the unemployed youth, differently abled and house wives so that they get employed and become financially independent. We would promote the skilled workforce of India in the international front by conducting physical and virtual career fairs. We would support the young and aspiring entrepreneurs of our country with the following: idea validation, product launch, technical support, providing training, conducting physical and virtual trade shows or exhibitions for startups. What is the uniqueness of SocialRecruit? Everyone is focusing on the urban areas while developing the platform. However SocialRecruit is a the first free platform which is focused in developing the rural India as we understand that if we want to develop our country then we need to make our backbone, i.e. ..(the villages/rural India) strong. SocialRecruit will utilize the existing social media and digital tools to connect with the rural part of India and promote the career and education related opportunities.. We are on a mission to create financial equality in our country by creating more employability for the unemployed.
