Lots of professionals are having technology shift so they need some guidance .. College fresh graduates are not very much aware of the industry trends (Which technology, what industry is expecting, how to prepare etc etc) 3rd year college students are also very much worried about their future if there is not a strong campus placement. They keep waiting to complete the degree and then look out to get a job (They are part of the competitive world now - once they are out of the college)… Problem faced by IT companies: IT companies are struggling a lot to get the right match of the requirements. Most of the time they struggle a lot to get the best person ( They always expect to have THE BEST FIT).. Resumes say something and when It comes to having a telephonic or f2f discussion with the candidate then there is a totally different story..
