Dexter skill development pvt ltd has been incorporated with a vision to increase the livelihood of at least 1 million youth by 2026. It includes the implementation of government program as well as paid training program. The current vocational education system does not provide hands on training so as to acquire the enough skills required to be able to increase the livelihood. Dexter has developed a model where industry will be part of the training modules which will provide timely feedback to the candidates in order to improve their skills resulting in better employability.
