Brief about the company: M/s DEZEN CONSULTANTS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company, incorporated on 25th December 2022, having Registered Office at 1/291-D, Metope 3-B, Nh 17 Bypass Iringallor, Po Ga College, Landmark World Kozhikode, Kozhikode, 673019. Which is promoted by Mr. Shaju Ramachandra Kurup, who is a well-known entrepreneur in the northern Kerala. The main Objectives of the company are as follows, To carry out the business of architecture, planning, engineering and contracting in all its branches and in particular architectural design, interior design, urban planning, structural design, MEP design, BIM/CAD services, bar bending schedules, fabrication/joinery detailing services, and to render technical knowhow for the design of buildings, roads, airway strips and other construction works, and their supervision during the construction stage and rendering skilled services for projects. The design of the projects with project rep orts, feasibility study, schematic design development, preparation of construction drawings, preparation of tender drawings, invitation to tenders, awards of construction work, administration of construction contracts and commissioning, preparation of drawings and details for architectural, interior, structural, sanitary, electrical, air conditioning and other specialised services related to building works and the execution of construction contracts both in India and abroad. We are focusing on the technology to make construction management and site operations more efficient and sustainable. The major construction industry trends include building information modelling (BIM), construction robotics, and the use of advanced building materials. Further, the COVID-19 pandemic creates the need for newer ways of construction that adhere to worker safety and regulations. Hence, we are planning to develop innovations around prefabrication, worker safety, and construction robotics. Parallelly, 3D printing and green building solutions significantly reduce the negative impacts of construction on the environment. We are planning to undertake and promote scientific research in the field of construction technology as our ancillary objective, which will provide cost effective technology for the infrastructural development of the country. We are expecting to generate 100 employment opportunities directly or indirectly in the initial phase of the project and further 250 employment opportunities directly or indirectly in the later phases.
