It’s important to consume processed natural products as much as possible so that health is all right at all times at all ages. ”Extracting juice or pulp without breaking seed” is the single most important attribute of grassroots innovation offered by the enterprise; which translates into greater variety in healthy edibles being consumed. End use of innovation has a high potential to generate employment and influence Indian consumers to be served by natural juice, candies, pulp etc. which holds a promise to make all citizens healthy. It offers an opportunity to process more variety of fruits and vegetables, so that at no point one feel monotonous about edibles that becomes daily intake.There are some varieties of fruits and vegetables which we are familiar; however, we aren’t familiar with their processed forms because there was no innovative technology available so far to produce them. However, with this innovative technology from our enterprise one can produce and distribute – To name a few, Amla – sweet, Chatpata, Hair oil; Ginger – paste, juice, wine; Tomato– Juice, puree, Soup, juice, sauce; Sohshang - Juice, jam; Sohphie juice, squash and sweet; Strawberry - Jams, squash, juice, Turmeric – liquid, paste, pickle; Aloe Vera face gel and shampoo; Rose water and face gel; Organic Shampoo; Ginger wine; Pastes-Garlic, Onion. With aforesaid forms available in market, employment generation envisaged can be humongous and Mocktails, Buffet Breakfast etc will find some life through variety and innovativeness in offerings.
