Reverse vending Machine for collection, storage and repurposing of recyclable plastic bottles. Our innovative idea, Bharat Plasti Pay, is a sustainable solution for addressing the plastic waste crisis. The RVMs utilize radiation spectroscopy to scan and identify materials. This data is then processed by AI algorithms, facilitating accurate sorting and categorization of plastic waste. The final outcome of the project is a network of operational RVMs in key locations, efficiently collecting, sorting, and recycling plastic materials. Users will have an app interface to earn rewards for their contributions. The beneficiaries of this innovation are multifaceted.
