The parties hereto are in the cultivation, harvesting, and sale of microalgae and blue-green algae, including spirulina, and their derivatives by using advanced techniques for harvesting to ensure the highest quality products. We will also specialize in food dehydration of vegetable-based products, vegetable dry powders, greens (dry and fresh), spirulina, Chlorella, and other medicinal herbs including Saffron, Camphor, all mix recipe, etc., and carry on the business through various retail outlets, online stores, and to other food-related businesses. In addition, we will operate fisheries to produce high-quality fish and seafood for domestic and international markets, as well as poultry farms to produce free-range chicken and eggs and Dairy farms, milk and dairy-related products, Millets, dry fruits, lab-grown mushrooms, and naturally grown mushrooms, and other food products. We will also grow a variety of vegetables, fruits, exotic fruits, and flowers, and produce wood-pressed oils. All the products are cultivated using both organic and non-organic methods. The parties shall also carry the sale of these products (Wholesale and retail). To engage in the breeding, rearing, and husbandry of goats for the purposes of meat, milk, cheese, fiber, or any other productive use and other related products. The research and development of new agricultural products and techniques will also be a key focus of our business. We will continually strive to improve our products and processes to ensure that we are at the forefront of the industry. Our business will be related to agriculture, organic agri-products, or agro-processing that is consistent with our mission and objectives. Overall, we will carry on any other business procuring from other farmers (having regard to Agricultural, Poultry, Fisheries, or Goat products) that may be considered incidental or ancillary to the above objectives or that may be deemed beneficial to the firm.
