The startup solves the problems faced by the students during their school and college days. Our startup is a one-stop solution for almost all the problems faced by students on the way towards their goals. We all are aware of the fact that student life is very precious and memorable in one’s life. However, in today’s world, students are facing different problems due to several reasons. Some students face extreme pressure from parents and society when they are compared with others, while some face difficulties in academics. Some students have the problem of inferiority complex, while some have financial problems, and some may feel confused about the future. All these problems arise due to different reasons like the environment they live in, the people they interact with, and also peer pressure and so on. Especially, students of teenage are succumbing to different distractions and losing track and becoming helpless. Apart from the above-mentioned problems, students face several other problems such as a lack of awareness of different career and job opportunities after their studies, absence of clarity on what they are supposed to do, dearth of proper guidance, lack of motivation to study, and lack of emotional and moral support to do what they want to do. In this context, Dheera Educare as a team, try to solve these problems of students and try to make their journey as a student smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. In order to enrich the students’ lives, we provide solutions to their problems through different approaches. We conduct sessions at schools and colleges for students on different topics such as, but not limited to: 1. Career Guidance, 2. Goal setting, 3. Time management, 4. Self-confidence, 5. Study skills, 6. Stress management, 7. Exam fear, 8. Developing good habits, 9. Leadership, 10. Emotional Intelligence, 11. Mobile addiction, 12. Teenage love/ attraction, 13. Financial literacy for students, 14. Anger management, 15. Dealing peer pressure etc… In our research, we found that the majority of the students do not have proper guidance in academics as well as personal lives.
