There is lack of awareness in people about long term complications of diabetes mellitus (Neuropathy, retinopathy and Nephropathy), and generally people come to know about the complication when the situation becomes worse. We are focusing on Neuropathy, there are very less physicians, and clinics etc that are performing neuropathy screening and the cost are also very expensive. Neuropathy, which is very hazardous, features and it, is getting ignored throughout results in extensive damage. Most of the people complain pain, tingling & burning sensation on limbs, Indigestion etc and they keep on changing drugs due to these symptoms, and are unaware that these symptoms are due to diabetic neuropathy. Further there is lack of awareness about DO’s & Don’t in Diabetes, and about general awareness to prevent complications of diabetes. Further there is need of a portable device which can measure the extent of nerve damage, so that people can keep it at their home and keep a track of nerve health just like a Glucometer. We believe early awareness prevents complication, so we are performing early detection of diabetes and other diabetic complications through our healthcare team via diabport mobile van. Detection of nerve damage through our device at an early stage will prevent the complication of Neuropathy. We are detecting early symptoms at very low cost, and providing leaflets to provide information to patients. Further our technical team is developing a portable device to moniter nerve health, which patients can keep at their home just like glucometer. Generally people are not getting time to keep track of illness and perform testing for assessing complications; we are providing the service at their doorstep if required, at very low cost from the market. We are providing the reports also instantly, so that patient needs not to wait. Customers. Now a day’s diabetes is a general Diseases .and we would like to cater all age groups to create awareness of diabetes. Preferable customers are also those who are at risk of developing diabetes, and those who are already suffering from diabetes, they would use our services because its very economical when we compare from market, and also because they can get the facility at their door step, so they need not to visit a pathology or clinic for testing. Revenue Model: The business will earn revenue through, Blood glucose checking, testing diabetic neuropathy at very less cost from market, selling herbal oil, natural sweetener and other diabetic care products through the movable van. Further we are organizing camps at different parks with association of nearby hospitals and physicians, and motivating patients to perform early level screening of neuropathy, and using nerve pain herbal oil. We are collecting the information of patients and keeping a track of other parameters also, so that this data bank can be used later to sell our portable device to monitor nerve health. Current state.. We have started revenue generation through our Diabport Mobile Van- we have two vans which rolls in the prominent places of public gathering in both the cities (Kanpur and Luck now) to measure Nerve health, and monitor sugar level of people and make them aware about Diabetes and its complications. We are organizing healthcare awareness camps in Luck now and Kanpur for diabetic awareness, associating with physicians and other clinics, As soon as the work progresses we will start job creation and appoint more number of employees for smooth functioning and expansion. For developing portable device to monitor nerve health we are working under the guidance of Our Mentor from IIT Kanpur and Mr Vivek Rohela, Technical officer Diabport healthcare private limited. For mass production of herbal oil, we have shared the process and ingredients with An Ayurvedic Formulation manufacturer, based in Karnal (Haryana), and involved in manufacturing such type of formulations since past 5 years. We have a common director. The firm Plus Formulations will be bound in written agreement with Diabprot healthcare pvt ltd regarding the Monopoly rights of Manufacturing of herbal oil. (We have filled Patent for the same) Very soon we will get Manufacturing Approval from the Ayush department (File already applied with the brand name Nerve heed Oil) Once approved, they will prepare a small batch of 60 ml pack size. (A written purchase order from Diabport will be sent). The Firm PLUS Formulations will get it analyzed from NABL approved laboratory. After finding it in a proper quality & presentation, we will get it released for Kanpur headquarter
