In established industries, electrical facilities are regularly checked & managed by skilled workforce, where standard guidelines for preventive checking are in place & adhered to. Here “electrical equipment“ and “distribution components” go through rigorous checking and supervision. Also adequacy of capacity rating - during engineering and procurement,correctness of installation - during erection and commissioning is maintained as a result of strict quality checks & compliance to laid down procedures. However in the H3O (Home, Hotel, Hospital & Office) sector the above mentioned systems & processes are not followed. We carryout Preventive checking of low voltage electrical installations (of residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality and restaurant facilities) and spot locate all deficiencies in the distribution of electrical power that can create fire or life threatening electrocution. Typically we carry out 600+ checks for a 3 bedroom apartment. These are those tests that should have been done before occupancy of the facility, but unfortunately were never done. Armed with over a dozen specific tests & assessments, we target all areas that can potentially cause fire due to short circuits and fatalities from electrocution
