We have developed an innovative software to provide proper recognition to the paying guest industry and get it to front end like hotels. The work includes providing an interface for managing their data and clients online on the cloud based app/web with proper detailed information of every tenant and lifetime records also to move ahead we are motivating the Paying guest owner to curb the cash economy in renting sector as they prefer to receive the rent/Tariffs from Tenants from cash by providing an online platform yo receive payments from their portal and then get it transferred to their bank accounts. To reduce the efforts and time consumed in getting the tenants verified is also our main focus and in this direction we are linking the Platform to the police E-verification portal so that the verification happens automatically on the ease of single click. Also, to facilitate the digital revolution in country we will be launching the services to their doorstep from vendors like small confectionery stores and sellers in vegetable market to get the necessities delivered with in specified time and making online payments to them as well. People in these industries do not prefer accepting digital payments because of wholesale dealing they already have minimum possible margins already and do not prefer to pay any taxes. Online Paying guest booking with 3D room view and Annual maintenance contracts of buildings and assets will also be the key ocus areas.
