Filing, documentation and retrieval of documents have always been a task, especially with the government departments and offices. Whenever a particular document is required, even a thought of finding it among the huge stacks of files and papers is a night mare. This problem was observed by me when I had been to the Revenue Department to retrieve the documents for my property. At first my request was not given too much interest. After following up for a couple of days, I got to know that finding any document is a big “headache” for the department personnel. I was informed that the documents must be in the stores and finding my file will surely take some time and efforts. After 2 weeks and constant follow-ups, they were able to retrieve my documents. This is when I realized that there are hundreds of other people like me who are facing this delay due to poor file management. Also the people working in those departments and offices spend a large portion of their work day in finding documents called on by their bosses. This incident sparked me to think into the direction of creating a file management system that would not only save time but also increase the efficiency. With constant revolution in the technology sector and with more and more offices opting to go digital, we have developed a digital file management system that will make us free from the hassles of physically searching each and every rack for a particular file. We have come up with a system wherein each and every document in the office shall be scanned and stored digitally and the physical documents shall be stored in a systematic manner. Each and every file shall have its unique barcode, linked with our software. These files shall be stored in a waterproof and fireproof box. Even these boxes shall be numbered and shall have a unique barcode in itself. The storage facilities shall be monitored by CCTV cameras and shall have a secure and limited human access through biometrics. Whenever a particular file is asked for, the name shall be entered in the software which will locate its location and also give us the soft copy. Once the file is located, it can be easily brought within 2-3 minutes. This will save time and improve the efficiency of the workforce. Therefore, the main objective to start this business is to carry on in India or elsewhere business of data collection, compilation, feeding, converting, processing, analysis, testing or any kind of database management for both analog and digital data including CAD/CAM and digitization services, to undertake IT enabled services like cloud computing, digitalising the physical file management, document Management, data storage, data/file/document retrieving, data processing, Back office processing, data warehousing and database management for trade and commerce, arrangements with distribution agencies, factory, corporate offices, Govt & semi Govt departments and electronic channels for the business of the LLP and to provide internet / web based applications, services and solutions, provide or take up Information technology related assignments on sub-contracting basis, offering services on-site/ offsite or through development centers using owned /hired or third party infrastructure and equipment, providing IT solutions/ Packages/ services
