We formed the startup to impart an online job skill program in order to empower women who got breaks in their careers because of household responsibilities. In Indian culture, women are not much encouraged to take up a career as mainstream as she is the caretaker of children and confined to household activities, which almost makes them depend on spouse or parents for financial source. But we form a good economy only through the individual unit of family's growth, which depends on women who are a backbone of a family in fulfilling children, in-laws, husband's duties towards them sacrificing her life. She faces abusive behavior, ill-treatment, and many such things from family members, which sometimes makes her life miserable. In order to make women empowered through an online training program of skill development for online jobs who can earn their living for their self-sufficiency without depending on others, we have bought this unique skill program for women to protect themselves and develop their self-esteem and build their financial freedom.
