DiracQ Systems is India’s first indigenous full-stack quantum photonic devices company, dedicated to powering the quantum revolution through sovereign, high-performance hardware. We specialize in single-photon detection technologies — the foundational building blocks of quantum communication, advanced sensing, and next-generation secure infrastructure. At the core of our innovation is proprietary SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) technology, engineered and manufactured in India to eliminate import dependency, reduce lead times, and deliver fully customizable, ITAR-free solutions for strategic applications. While 100% of India’s single-photon detectors have traditionally been imported, DiracQ bridges this critical technology gap with indigenous design-to-deployment capability. Our product portfolio spans SPAD modules, multi-channel receivers, quantum-grade detection systems, precision lasers, modulators, and custom SPAD chip fabrication. These technologies enable mission-critical applications across quantum key distribution (QKD), defense and space sensing, LiDAR, telecom security, quantum imaging, and time-correlated photon counting (TCSPC).Aligned with India’s National Quantum Mission, Make-in-India, and IDDM mandates, DiracQ combines deep technical IP, supply-chain sovereignty, and system-level integration expertise to serve both domestic strategic sectors and global markets. Incubated at IIT Hyderabad and supported by leading scientific advisors, our cross-disciplinary team is building scalable, world-class quantum hardware from India for the world.
