At Discoveries Quintessential (DQ) we are envisioning solutions which remove the inefficiencies of the current processes in Talent Acquisition. We are finding Intelligent alternatives to practices which are bottlenecks, making the process slow and inefficient. Lastly, we look for implementations which are robust, can stand the pressure of breakneck speed at which technology forces change in all spheres of our lives. Our turnkey solution “Sanyuti”, which has been created by distilling the learning of core team with over 15 years of collective experience in this field, is result of breaking down the entire process of recruitment and reimagining each step in way to make it Intelligent, Efficient and Robust. Our solution opens a direct channel connecting Companies to Talent which is maintained and constantly improved upon by us while adding no financial burden on the students. Our focus is on Tier-II and Tier-III colleges which constitute at least 80% of all educational institutes in India and has about 25,00,000+ students graduating every year. While we are already offering these services, we look forward to building efficient tech solutions which can help us service a bigger audience
