Problem at Hand: Unlike physical health, where growth is routinely tracked through height, weight, and other vital signs, child development remains largely unstructured, subjective, and episodic. Developmental concerns often emerge through fragmented parent observations, making early identification difficult and delaying access to specialist evaluation and intervention. This challenge is further amplified by a severe shortage of developmental specialists and the time-intensive nature of developmental assessment, resulting in long waiting periods for families and delayed developmental support for children. Our Solution: Fairy Tales is building a parent-led developmental health ecosystem for children designed to enable proactive identification, structured assessment, and continuous developmental support. Our ecosystem comprises three integrated products: • Hidden Hum – An RBSK-aligned developmental profiling and early screening platform that combines structured behavioural observations with peripheral eye tracking to create an Early Skills Profile for every child. • FAIRY – An ICF-based developmental diagnostic evaluation engine aligned with DSM-5 frameworks, designed to help clinicians transform fragmented behavioural observations into structured developmental evidence and intervention-ready insights. • Intervention Coach – A longitudinal developmental support platform that helps families continue developmental engagement beyond assessment through guided developmental activities and progress monitoring.
