The nature of business of DJMS IMPEX LLP is to manufacture, formulate, process, develop, refine, import, export, wholesale, and/or retail trade of all kinds of raw materials for pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical antibiotics, drugs, medicines, biological nutraceuticals, healthcare, ayurvedic, and dietary supplement products, medical preparations, vaccines, chemicals, and chemical products, dry salters, mineral water, wines, cordials, liquors, soups, broths, and other restorative or food products. We also deal in medical goods such as surgical instruments, contraceptives, photographic goods, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, patent medicines, soaps, artificial limbs, hospital requisites, proprietary medicines, veterinary medicines, tinctures, and extracts. We carry out business activities related to vialing, bottling, repacking, reprocessing of tablets and capsules, syrups, injections, and ointments. Additionally, we carry on the business with chemists, druggists, buyers, sellers, agents, distributors, and stockists of all kinds of pharmaceutical and allied products. The business is carried out in India and abroad. We are involved in the businesses of importers, merchants, general order suppliers, commission agents, representatives, distributors, royalty owners, contractors, auctioneers, Indian agents, passage agents, factors, organizers and commissioners, sales agents, sub-agents, and insurance agents in connection with the businesses.
