The website is as filed on the register. We have not checked that it resolves. Something wrong with this record?

Six things we look for on every record: DPIIT recognition, a CIN, a website, a description, a logo and a funding signal. Not held here: DPIIT recognised, CIN on file, Logo and Funding signal.

What this record amounts to

DocSlotBooking is a Startup India record we can place no finer than Roorkee district, which holds 214 records in this snapshot. It is filed under Healthcare & Lifesciences, which 35,688 records carry nationally. It carries no funding signal of any class, which is true of 180 of the 214 records in Roorkee.

Every figure above is counted from the 2026-08 snapshot and is the same number the page it links to prints.

In their own words

Small clinics in Tier-2 and Tier-3 India have no usable patient record. The average Indian primary-care consultation lasts about two minutes, leaving no time for data entry, so prescriptions stay on paper and clinical history is lost between visits. Fewer than 15% of Indian hospitals have fully digitised records, and most small clinics, labs and pharmacies remain outside the ABDM ecosystem entirely, despite over 105 crore health records now linked nationally.DocSlotBooking is a cloud clinic operating system connecting five roles on one record — clinic, doctor, path lab, pharmacy and patient. Its core is an AI voice scribe: the doctor dictates in Hindi, English or Hinglish and the consultation form self-fills with diagnosis, notes, medicines with parsed doses, lab tests and follow-up, which the doctor then confirms. The record becomes a by-product of the consultation rather than an additional task, and flows onward to the lab, the pharmacy and the patient's app.Three things. First, vernacular Hinglish clinical documentation with structured medical output, not generic transcription. Second, an asymmetric permission architecture enforced at the database layer: labs and pharmacies can write to a patient's record but can never read clinical history. Third, a Virtual Clinic that lets a remote specialist consult a patient physically present at a clinic, with the prescription mirroring live onto the clinic screen for staff to execute. No competing Indian platform bundles clinic, lab, pharmacy and remote specialist onto a single record at single-doctor pricing.

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
