Ideation: Dolphin Learning Solutions, founded in the year September 2019 with the mission to create Creative Entrepreneurs and 22nd century learners, thereby bridging the industry skill gap in students. The 22nd century digital age has highlighted a gap in the current education system. The workplace has showcased a drastic gap in the way learners are taught and how they assimilate information. The idea was to develop and implement a framework engaging the learners in their College life-cycle with the five core Cs (Creativity, Communication, Critical thinking, Collaboration and Capability). Equipping the students with cross-skill learning programs in addition to their existing educational degrees. In order to facilitate a complete learning cycle Dolphin Learning Solutions has also developed and executed various faculty and management development programs along with student development programs in these five core Cs. Validation: Dolphin Learning Solutions leads in creating: Boundaryless learning by bringing real-life case scenarios using project based case studies to the classroom and vice-versa using various technologies and mediums. Community based learning for the students to utilize their learning locally in the context of their cities and country’s Growth and Culture. Our mission is to create entrepreneurs who can add value locally at par with global standards. Personalized learning – Pre and post assessments are designed and implemented to understand learners’ meta-cognitive skills in order to nurture their learning skill and growth. Proficiency based learning – extensive and continuous internal assessments to monitor, build and assess the learners’ proficiency. The traditional education system involves performance based assessments however Dolphin Learning Solutions is involved in creating a paradigm shift towards introducing portfolio based assessments, learner centered meta-cognitive assessments and peer assessments. To complete the learning cycle, Dolphin Learning Solutions also works at implementing these processes through management and faculty development programs as well, so that the management and faculty are equipped and adept in successful implementation. Early Traction: Dolphin Learning Solutions has successfully implemented key programs and frameworks at various colleges, Universities and Corporates. Some of the programs that have been successfully implemented are Portfolio Management, Cyber Security, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical and Analytical reasoning, Finance for Non Finance, Finance Operations, Business Operations, Technology related Operations etc. We have successfully implemented and helped over 1000 students. Dolphin Learning Solutions was started with 20,000/- INR as seed capital and has managed to grow to making a gross turnover of 9,00,000/- INR for the financial year 2019-2020. Scaling: Geographically: Dolphin Learning Solutions has started in tier I cities through Colleges, Universities and Corporates. Dolphin Learning Solutions will be scaling up to include tier II, III cities, towns and rural India. Learners: Dolphin Learning Solutions has a vision to work with 2500 learners and will further strive to increase the learners base year on year. Programs: Dolphin Learning Solutions is currently working on Portfolio Management, Cyber Security, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical and Analytical reasoning, Finance for Non Finance, Finance Operations, Business Operations, Technology related Operations and is looking at increasing its learning portfolio into more sustainable and technologically driven fields and research. Entrepreneurs: Create creative entrepreneurs who will lead the sustainable growth of our country. Revenue: 2020 - 21 scaling up the company turnover to 50 Lakhs INR. And so on.
