Pelvic floor weakness and incontinence affect over 100 million people in India, yet access to effective pelvic rehabilitation is severely limited due to a shortage of trained therapists and the high cost of imported Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS) devices. This gap disproportionately impacts postpartum mothers, the elderly, cancer survivors, neurological patients, and rural populations, leading to loss of dignity and reduced quality of life. AURA-Chair™ addresses this unmet need as India’s first low-voltage, AI-guided Functional Magnetic Stimulation system designed specifically for Indian healthcare settings. It delivers safe, non-invasive, and uniform pelvic floor stimulation through a unique multi-arc magnetic coil, enabling effective rehabilitation for continence, pelvic strength, and sexual health. The system is portable, affordable, and simple to operate by nurses, physiotherapists, and community health workers, making it suitable for PHCs, district hospitals, and women’s health centres. The startup follows a scalable revenue model through direct device sales, annual maintenance and AI-enabled therapy subscriptions, CSR and NGO deployments, and future expansion into multiple neuromodulation applications.
