The persons can save their all past medical prescription and report and can access on app. 2. The device has facility for shorting of all prescriptions and report on the basis of period, doctor and Lab wise. 3. The device has also a facility to record each pathological value of the lab report with facility to short out each value on the basis period, doctor and Lab.
