Real estate contributes about 7-8% of India's gross domestic product (GDP). The real estate sector in India is expected to reach a market size of $1 trillion by 2030, up from $120 billion in 2017 contribute 13% to the country’s GDP by 2025. Retail, hospitality, and commercial real estate are also growing significantly, providing the much-needed infrastructure for India's growing needs Residential real estate accounts for about 80% of the total real estate market in India. The Indian real estate sector attracted foreign direct investment (FDI) worth $8.1 billion between 2014 and 2020. The office real estate market in India is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10-11% between 2021 and 2025. The construction sector alone is estimated to employ over 51 million people in India, making it one of the largest employers in the country With these numbers in mind we are trying to offer a comprehensive offering to address various problems faced by this sector . These offerings will be done in a phase wise manner so that we solve each and every issue/problem holistically.
