DREMBUS AIM: • Now In the bus industry all the Bus Operators run their buses by themselves without proper service to the passengers. • Our first priority is to give better service. End to End better boarding & Dropping experience to the passengers. • Most of the buses operator operation of bus pick up & dropping handled by Drivers & cleaner with no proper talking. Any issue will come up and there will be an argument every time. • We are taking a graduate person with proper training we are called as a bus captain. He will travel within the bus the entire journey for passenger service. There is no involvement with drivers & cleaners. • We will communicate end to end clear communications to the passengers where other operators are not doing. • We have clear plans to get good ratings & make that services will be in the better position in all OTA flat forms. Like REDBUS, Abhibus, Paytm. What DREMBUS Archived on last 3 months : • In Private Travel Business REDBUS is the main Source of booking platform where you will get 70-80 % Redbus only if your in top 5 position. • We came to top 5 in all the routes where other operators will take years to get that position we kept in 2 months. Where DREMBUS will get buses: • we are taking buses as a lease from the operators who are unable to run their buses. After covid-19 many of operators were unable to run there bus services. Most of them are running losses. • We have clear idea about how to approach the operator & get there buses for lease. We already discussed with some operator they are ready to give there buses for lease where we kept them in pipeline . Why because without Proper investment We can't run the services successfully . Why DREMBUS Need Investor: • For taking lease buses we need to give advance to the operator Which is refundable. For making that bus on good position in OTA flat forms it will take at least 2-3 months. These 2 months we need a certain amount for rotation of operator payment. This is not about one day one service . We are going to increase the services one by one route by route. Meanwhile we are going to launch our own booking app. For all these we need investment . • We can run the DREMBUS with my small investment . But why We looking for a big investor means We don't want to fall, We want our company to succeed. • Our target to run 100 services fleet in next 2-3 years More in time progress. But with our investment it will take almost 6-7 years with lot of up’s & downs in the starting . Who We Are : Krishna : Having more than 4 years experience in Operations in Bus industry . Experience in handling more than 50 people of team in AP & Telangana region. Working on ratings on OTA platform from last 4 years . Balaji : Having more than 2.5 years of experience in Sales in the Travel Industry in AP & Telangana Regions. Having very good rapo with major operators in the industry.
