• What is the innovation Innovative Health Care Services Delivery Platform. The project aims to create a disruption in cardiac health care by creating a services delivery platform to remotely deliver services to patients. This entails creating a new ecosystem comprising of cardiologists, medical professionals, hospitals/clinics, I0T enabled medical device manufacturers and leveraging technologies like mobile, analytics & AI What does the platform do? The platform helps cardiologist/hospitals to remotely/virtually monitor and consult their patients 24X7. This is akin to taking your cardiologist along with you always. Patients who have undergone cardiac procedures are enrolled in the program by the hospitals/cardiologists to enable them to receive continuing care post their discharge from the hospital. Patients are given a kit with clinical grade I0T enabled medical devices. These devices can connect to the Drinn’s remote monitoring application which patients download on their mobile. The cardiologist schedules the tests according to the requirements of each patient which appears on the patient’s mobile app. Once the patient performs the tests the reports are sent to the cloud. The reports come to Drinn's KPO managed by a team of qualified paramedics. The data is interpreted by proprietary algorithms and further checked by our team before its send to cardiologists on their mobile app as clinically actionable reports for their advice. The KPO also gives 24x7 nursing support to the patients and work as an extension of the cardiologists. Following are the different use cases:
