Dr. Snibbles Private Limited is building a vertically integrated preventive healthcare platform for companion animals in India. The company operates across two synergistic verticals: condition-specific pet nutrition formulated for Indian health conditions, and companion animal diagnostics which encompass gut microbiome profiling, DNA/RNA-based health screening, and food intolerance analysis; none of which are widely accessible for Indian pets today. The model is designed as a closed loop: diagnostics generate structured, India-specific health data that directly informs and iteratively improves nutrition formulations, while the nutrition vertical builds the consumer trust and distribution infrastructure needed to scale diagnostic adoption. Each vertical compounds the other's value. The long-term objective is a fully integrated pet health company spanning nutrition, diagnostics, and veterinary care. The company is co-founded by Ankit Bhandari and Monodeep Dutta, who are both pet parents with firsthand experience of the gaps in India's companion animal healthcare ecosystem. Monodeep brings expertise in marketing and technology, having worked as a freelance consultant in the space. Ankit is a Business Intelligence and AI consultant at Decision Foundry, bringing data architecture and analytical rigour to the company's diagnostics and formulation roadmap.
