Company has systematized, organized and brought together, unorganized Home tailors (particularly Women) in village and suburban areas, under aegis of one company. These tailors are coached and trained for the improved quality requirement in competitive and changing apparel market. The aspiration is to make world class produce from hands of these tailors. Company has tied up with the retail sellers for selling of produced apparels in local market and nearby major cities like Kota and Chittorgarh. The company has built, up-line and down-line material collection network, for the successful execution of the orders received from the Apparel sellers. If such model is succeeded, It is planned to extend this model in organization of other unorganized labour force of village and suburban areas such as road side mechanics, maids, supply chain workers etc. in meeting the demand of market.
