E-NOTESHEET LLP is a start-up company that provides its services in document writing, management, storage, safety, and accessibility. Almost every government and the private company are bound with documents for maintaining data and records but the current documentation system is unreliable and slow. Employees are facing multiple problems in fulfilling the letter and document requirement of the companies and the impact is mostly on government premises. There are many issues related to documents and letters like Hindi Typing, Computer Features Handling, Understanding of Modern Application, Document Safety and its Storage. The E-Notesheet application is designed in a way to solve all the issues related to document writing and management. Our start-up is providing a platform where the employees can write documents with its inbuilt word processor. It provides the feature of automatic translation that translates the words in the Hindi language with the additional support of other regional languages making it multilingual. It has a separate column for creating multiple categories and sub-categories within the documents making it easy to save for anytime access. The best part is that all the documents will get saved automatically on the secure web server keeping every file safe that is easily accessible from anywhere by the user. Companies don't have to worry about storing the letters and documents anymore and can find them easily by using the date sorting feature of this application. This makes the whole working experience better and efficient for today's system. The start-up will generate revenue by selling its product to the working institutions where the documentation work is one of the priorities. As almost every institution including both government and private are dependent upon documents and letters, the software can provide its services. The services carry a cost and the institutions have to pay for it which will automatically generate huge revenue for the company seeing the scalability of the software usage. As government premises does not depend upon online purchases, we have panned on setting up the physical stores where government employees can purchase the product without any problem. We are working on both online and offline platforms to reach more and more people that also help in multiplying the revenue for the company.
