EachReach is a technology startup that enables automated, hyper-personalized direct messaging (DM) for brands and creators on social media platforms, starting with Instagram. Our core product uses a combination of n8n-based automation, Supabase for data structuring, and OpenAI for natural language generation, enabling businesses to respond instantly and meaningfully to customer inquiries. We solve two key problems: Delayed or generic replies to customer DMs, leading to lost sales and poor user experience. Ineffective lead conversion by failing to engage with highly active followers or prospects. Our innovation lies in combining intent detection, context-aware AI reply generation, and engagement-based outreach—making it a first-of-its-kind end-to-end DM automation system. We also use first-party business data (stored securely) to generate customized responses that sound human, unlike rule-based chatbots. Target users: Influencers, e-commerce brands, service providers, and digital agencies—anyone managing high-volume DMs. The system is fully modular, scalable, and designed to integrate with Meta’s Graph API, ensuring future extensibility across platforms. We aim to empower businesses to automate customer conversations without losing the human touch, turning DMs into a powerful channel for conversions and brand trust.
