EANFER Pvt. Ltd., a majority ST-owned enterprise under The Entrepreneurs Associates (tEA), is establishing a climate-resilient poultry and hatchery unit in Kukidolong, Dimapur, Nagaland. Nagaland is in dire need of modern poultry infrastructure to reduce dependence on imports and ensure nutritional security, yet currently there is no poultry farm of sufficient scale to meet this demand. Our greenfield facility will integrate solar-powered incubators and brooders, IoT-enabled monitoring, and in-house feed and fodder production. This innovation not only makes the enterprise environmentally friendly but also positions it as a replicable model for sustainable poultry entrepreneurship in Northeast India.
