eArth Samvarta Foundation (eSF) is an Award Winning Section 8 Company (Paryavaran Mitra Award by Government of UP, and special felicitation by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai). eSF is dedicated to environmental conservation, animal welfare, clean energy and security (from climate change and environmental degradation). Given that climate change and environmental degradation is the most urgent problem of our world today- eSF works at the grassroots to empower communities in water management, clean energy, habitat conservation, sustainable agriculture, waste management and more. What's unique about eSF as a Section 8 Company is that we not only work at the grassroots but also act as a bridge between communities and the government through our public policy work. This helps ensure boost policy innovation and action for climate change mitigation and environmental conservation. eSF is also unique in its approach of creating self-sustaining units that solve environmental problems with innovative technology and a business profit model that helps the technology unit sustain itself. One example of this is a proposed waste management model in Ayodhya, UP. eSF is a Section 8 company which is trying to solve our environmental crisis through market-driven, economically viable and technology backed solutions. In its innovation and market-driven approach, eSF is unique to be a start up. Gaining mentorship and support from Start Up India would truly help address the urgent challenge of environmental degradation, climate change and especially water scarcity that India is facing, through real, planet-first solutions.
