WE HAVE RESEARCHED ABOUT A SUPERABSORBENT GRAPHENE OXIDE SAND COMPOSITE TO PURIFY WATER. We are a group of chemical engineering graduates with the same aim of restoring earth to its pre-pollution era, a clean one different from the conditions we live in which is making life difficult for all the living species on the planet. Climate change is real and all of us will have to face the consequences if action is not taken. Improper disposal of solid waste creates serious negative environmental impacts like infectious diseases, land and water pollution, obstruction of drains, and loss of biodiversity. Untreated water disposed into the ground will contaminate groundwater and direct disposal to rivers or oceans will contaminate the water body and shall adversely affect marine life. According to UNICEF, less than 50 percent of the population in India has access to safe drinking water. Chemical contamination of water, mainly through fluoride and arsenic, is present in 1.96 million dwellings. Breathing polluted air will be the trigger for respiratory diseases and other health issues. Energy production, product consumption, and irresponsible waste management contribute directly to climate change by adding carbon-based particles into the air. This results in warmer air, creating a catastrophic greenhouse effect. The time is now, to act for a better future, for a better life free from all the pollutants on the planet, and to get there Ebhoom Solution’s technologies will be the bridge. Sustainability is our motto, and we aim to achieve it for the earth.
