Eco Pallet is the patented manufacturers of EPS Pallets in India. Eco Pallet is a completely safe product which is extremely Light weight, Eco- friendly , Cost effective and , FDA/Medical certifiable . Eco Pallet is made of Expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner core and high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) on the outside. This gives the pallet a tough, sanitary, non-porous, non-absorbent and a completely washable surface ,which is free of nesting places for insects, rodents, disease, mold or mildew. The pallet is shock absorbent and an excellent choice for all products including fragile or temperature-sensitive products. It is a perfect product for Sea and Air freight Cargo. EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) , our raw material is non-toxic, as well as totally inert and it contains no Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC’s) or Hydro fluorocarbons (HCFC’s), nor has it ever contained themat any time during its life-cycle. It’s also totally absent of any nutritional value, so no fungi or micro-organisms can grow within EPS. EPS doesn’t decompose in a landfill, it doesn’t release any methane emissions into the air . Further, because of it s inert, non-toxic and stable property, it won’t contaminate subterranean water supplies. EPS is 100% recyclable and under increased development - Eco Pallet leaves no CO2 footprint. EPS can be recycled in many ways once it comes to the end of its life. These include recycling directly into new building products and incineration to recover its inherent energy content. Each pound of EPS has .344 gallons of liquid fuel which makes it ideal for incineration. The appropriate choice of a recycling method is based on technical, environmental and economic considerations. Eco pallet is also ISPM-15 Compliant. Under this United Nations regulation, all first world nations have agreed to restrict the use of wood products in international trade (import-export) in a combined effort to reduce infestation of boring beetles, aphids and other potentially destructive insects. Eco pallet represents a 100% guarantee of compliance with this environmentally protective initiative by providing a pallet that contains no food sources or natural habitat for these or any other insects. Eco Pallet aims to replace wood pallets, which claim nearly 50% of old growth forestry harvests annually and eliminates human pallet-related injuries thus creates more efficiency and reduces losses in global logistics . Eco Pallet is in the process of being certified by TUV Nord as the only Green Product for Packaging Material. This certification will allow our clients to claim Carbon Footprint points.
