Ecoflock is presently developing a novel method of collecting, processing, and transporting agricultural waste. Our aim is to cost-effectively collect biomass from agricultural waste specifically coconut fronds, by on-site simultaneous pulverization and collection of the shredded material followed by transportation of the material to the desired location. This process reduces the volume of the material and benefits the individual by reducing collection and transportation costs. The shredded material can be used as biomass fuel, organic fertilizer, and agricultural substrates. Our novel method uses the modified design of the currently available pulverizer machines directly mounted onto commercially sold tractors. All designs and fabrication are developed in our facility. This method of collecting coconut fronds and other waste promises great commercial scope since the modification can be done at a very nominal cost and the return on investment can be achieved quickly.
