Ecolytix Energy Pvt Ltd was founded with a simple idea: waste should not end up in landfills when it can become fuel and fertilizer. Across India, organic waste piles up every day, creating methane and pollution. At the same time, families and industries struggle with rising energy costs, and farmers rely heavily on chemical fertilizers that harm soil over time. We built a system to solve both problems. Our biodigester takes organic waste — food scraps, farm residue, garden clippings — and converts it into two useful outputs: Biogas, stored in cylinders through a self-pressurizing design that avoids bulky compressors and keeps costs low. Biofertilizer, a nutrient-rich product that helps farmers reduce chemical use and restore soil health. The model is designed to be affordable, compact, and easy to adopt, whether by a household, a farm, or a municipality. It turns a daily problem into something useful: clean energy for cooking or industry, and organic fertilizer for agriculture. The impact is direct — less waste in landfills, less methane in the air, cheaper fuel for people, and healthier soil for farmers. Our goal is practical and measurable: to make waste-to-energy systems a normal part of communities, and in doing so, cut pollution while creating value from what we throw away.
