There are over 2.5 million students graduating every year in India; and according to the UNDP India Skills Report 2018, more than 50% of the graduates are not employable. The main reason is the huge gap between what is taught in academia and what is expected by the industry. With over a decade’s experience in working with industry and academia, the Edler Hub team specializes in designing and conducting student outreach programs in institutions across India. Edler Hub facilitates and helps incorporate Design Thinking in companies and empowers them to solve problems, scale and grow.
