Transforming Educational Data into Critical Insights to promote equity in schools is the foremost purpose of Edu Ind Data Analytics Private Limited (EIDAPL) The scope and nature of data available to educators is growing at an increasing rate. Parallel to this growth in data is the awareness that all educators must understand how to use tangible evidence to inform their decisions, rather than use anecdotes, intuitions, or personal preferences. EIDAPL is a private limited company registered under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. EIDAPL has developed a Machine Learning Algorithm called “PARIVARTAN”. to detect patterns and identify clusters to learn how to make predictions and recommendations. Parivartan will provide timely and right data for the parents, teachers and students to take fact based decisions acceptable to all. Parivartan uses Educational Data Mining, Learning Analytics to identify patterns and clusters in the academic performance. It also analyse the Socio-Economic & Demographic data of the family & the non-academic activities undertaken by the student, Learning Styles and Personality Type of the students, etc. Finally the association between the Academic performance, the learning styles and the other factors is tet to identify the unique needs, skills and interests of the students. Career Pathway…. The 21st century is characterised by dynamic changes and disruption in every field of activity. Any effort to predict the future careers and the skill demands with a narrow understanding of only the academic capability of a student would prove inadequate. A holistic analysis of academic performance, the learning styles which influence the same, a clear understanding of the personality and the careers that would suit the same and scientific evidence regarding the inherent association between all these factors would help in predicting a suitable career pathway. This in turn would pave way for the success and happiness of the students in their later years. Such an analysis would help in coming up with early interventions to enhance a student’s achievement by adopting suitable pedagogy in the school and engage the parent as a partner with the school. Students would get consistent guidance at home as well as school and the parents can identify suitable career pathways with ease.
