The organisation was established to address persistent issues in the study-abroad ecosystem such as lack of transparency, inconsistent counselling quality, and high upfront consultancy costs. EduSail Abroad operates on a success-linked fee structure and does not charge any upfront advisory fees. Students are guided through the complete admission journey, including profile assessment, program and university shortlisting, application planning, documentation support, and awareness of funding and scholarship options. Fees are charged only after a student secures a confirmed outcome such as an admission or visa approval. The startup follows structured, technology-enabled processes to standardise counselling and application workflows. In addition to mentors/experts from top universities across the world, this reduces dependency on individual agents, improves accuracy, and ensures consistent guidance for students regardless of location. Digital counselling and process tracking allow EduSail Abroad to serve students efficiently across metro, Tier-2, and Tier-3 regions. EduSail Abroad model is scalable across India through online platforms, institutional outreach, and campus-based programs, enabling students from diverse academic and geographic backgrounds to access reliable and ethical guidance for international education.
